Why Invest in C-COM?

A pioneer in the satellite industry since 1997, C-COM has been consistently in the forefront of developing new and innovative auto-pointing satellite antenna products to meet the ever-changing needs of its many vertical markets. Since developing its first motorized, auto-pointing SATCOM terminal (iNetVu®) in 2003, the Company has shipped over 11,000 mobile antenna systems into more than 100 countries. The proprietary iNetVu® Mobile antenna systems deliver cost-effective and highly reliable satellite based Broadband Internet to users in various vertical markets who require connectivity in remote locations. C-COM works closely with our global 600+ dealer partner network and new integrators from new regions continue to expand the Company’s footprint worldwide. Backed by major service providers with compatibility approvals, C-COM boasts the deployment of the first Ka-band on the pause vehicle mount (COTP) and flyaway antenna systems in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
The company has also developed highly advanced Manpack antennas which are portable by a single individual, easy to assemble without any tools and can connect in seconds to any geostationary satellite with a simple press of a button. These Manpack antennas have been deployed worldwide into multiple vertical markets, (cellular backhaul, disaster recovery, film production, etc.), as well as the military.
The Company has delivered many years of continued profitability, it is debt free with more than $20 mill in working capital and has been paying dividends to its shareholders on a quarterly basis since 2012.
The Company is heavily investing into the R&D of next generation antenna systems and has aggressive plans to be a disruptive force in the antenna design market. C-COM is in the satellite testing phase of a potentially revolutionary Ka-band, electronically steerable, modular, conformal, flat panel phased array antenna. The antenna was developed in cooperation with the University of Waterloo and funding assistance from the Government of Canada. C-COM has developed this unique multi-orbit antenna with the intent of providing low-cost, high-throughput mobility applications over GEO, LEO and MEO satellite constellations for land, airborne and maritime verticals.
In addition to this ESA (electronically steered antenna) project, C-COM is also funding the development of an Analog 8-Channel Beamformer Integrated Circuit (BFIC), which will be the building block of all future C-COM ESA antennas and will also be sold to systems integrators interested in in using this advanced integrated circuit for building custom antennas. The BFIC’s should be available for evaluation by mid 2025.
